I am getting ready to start a series about this Top 10 list.  I have been seeing some new misconceptions pop up, and want to help everyone move past them.

Stay tuned.  I will be knocking these out over the next two weeks or so.

It will touch on subjects like lowball offers, financing, tax breaks, market bottoms… you get the idea.
